• Hvordan velferdsteknologisk knutepunkt brøyter vei for informasjonsdeling

    Stadig flere norske kommuner tar i bruk velferdsteknologi, som ofte er skybaserte lettvektløsninger med høy endringsevne. Dette står i skarp kontrast til dagens fagsystemer (EPJ-løsninger) for de ansatte i den kommunale helsetjenesten – som gjerne er tungrodde siloløsninger, dypt begravd i sikker sone. Manglende forbindelser mellom disse motpolene blir fort et hinder for å ta velferdsteknologi i bruk i større omfang. Det nasjonale samarbeidsprosjektet "Velferdsteknologisk knutepunkt" leverer integrasjonstjenester som binder de to verdenene sammen. Velferdsteknologisk knutepunkt er et nasjonalt samarbeidsprosjekt i regi av det nasjonale velferdsteknologiprogrammet og direktoratet for e-helse. Samarbeidet involverer Norsk Helsenett, som forvalter av knutepunktløsningen, KS og en rekke kommuneprosjekter. Ved siden av Oslo kommune deltar per nå Bærum, Skien, Bamble, Porsgrunn, Drammen og Bodø. Første leveranse gikk på lufta i slutten av mai 2018. Basert på input fra medisindispenserløsning, sørger knutepunktet gjennom automatisk behandling for at det daglig skapes rundt 600 journalnotater i Oslo kommunes fagsystem Gerica. En ny type medisindispenserløsning skal snart på lufta, samtidig som det jobbes med andre integrasjoner - mot responsløsning for trygghetsalarm, 'smart kamera' for digitalt tilsyn, GPS lokalisering etc. Foredragsholdere: - Harald Sundt-Ohlsen, Helseetaten, Oslo kommune - Sverre Martin Jensen, Helseetaten, Oslo kommune - Thomas Tveit Rosenlund, Seniorrådgiver, Direktoratet for e-helse


    Short Overview Especially for previous participants in the ‘Architecture Engineering Workshop’ (the basis): we will assume this level of basic knowledge. We will go deeper into the ARCHITECTURE ENGINEERING discipline. The following themes will be treated: - Advanced Planning Language for architecture: ‘Planguage’ - Estimating Architecture Costs: Dynamic Agile Architecture - Handling Architecture Risks: every little detail is an opportunity. In English. Seminar Method: The seminar will primarily be driven by questions from the participants. We might introduce topics by a one hour lecture. We do have an agenda! Direct reference to the free participant documentation (books, papers, slides, cases) will be used to answer in depth, rather than lengthy lectures. So we can handle a greater variety of questions. Structure: Each day will primarily focus on one broad theme: 1. Architecture Planning Language 2. Architecture Cost Management 3. Architecture Risk Management Some Topics we hope to cover in more depth (depending on participant questions): Planning Language: - methods for quantification of any value or quality driving the architecture - advanced opportunities for modelling relationships - advanced Value Decision Table uses - analysis, and restructuring, of badly structured, unclear stakeholder critical requirements - ‘architecture’s’ relationships to all other players - the one-week project-startup planning - the Evo (Evolutionary) Project management followup to architecture - integrating Planning Cost Management: - the balance between initial estimates and step-wise re-estimates - many types of costs: people, time, money, capital, operations, technical debt - contracting for agile cost management: an architecture option - quality and qualitative value measurement - design to cost - dynamic design to cost (example Cleanroom IBM) - technical debt engineering: the green week example. - can we expect to always deliver high quality on time, under budget? Risk Management: - rich language for specification of risks - risk mitigation specification and processes - architecture as a risk mitigation opportunity - architecture decomposition principles: independent value delivery - advanced agile: example advanced product owner role. - architecture responsibility for risks A Masterclass Diploma will be issued. The Instructor: Tom Gilb. Tom Gilb has written 10 published books in the IT sector. His main focus is to introduce real engineering methods to IT, so that it can successfully tackle large and complex systems, with 10x higher success rates.
