For our June Meetup, Konstantin Vlasenko, Software Development Manager at Dell will be doing a deep-dive with us into DynamoDB, Lambda and API Gateway.

Overview: Nowadays we can build server-less applications in the cloud. DynamoDB, Lambda and API Gateway are the common AWS services for the server-less applications. There are many more (like S3, Cognito, CloudFront, WAF, SNS, SQS) you most likely will use as part of your application. But understanding how effectively to use these 3 services together is crucial (and not a rocket science actually).

Speaker Bio: In the industry since 2000. In love with AWS since 2007. It was Assembler, C++ and C#. Now I prefer node.js, python and php (rarely). I am using Windows to write code during my day-job and Ubuntu (server) to write something for fun at home. My biggest contribution to society is open source project PowerSlim (https://github.com/konstantinvlasenko/powerslim) - Fitnesse SLIM protocol PowerShell implementation. PowerSlim makes it possible to use PowerShell in the acceptance testing. So yes, I am good at PowerShell and can speak about Automated Acceptance Testing.
