Laughter Yoga is a fun way to work out. Combining stretching, yogic breathing and laugher exercises, laughter yoga tones the belly, and reduces stress.

What happens in a laughter yoga class:

- We warm up our bodies with some intentional breathing, gentle stretching, and tapping exercises.

- We practice laughing by combining laughter with simple arm and leg movements

- We practice "laughter yoga" exercises . These are the core of laughter yoga where playfulness comes into full focus. We use breathing, body movements to bring laughter

- We "meet and greet" eachother with laughter

- we "warm down" and conclude with a guided relaxation and laughter meditation

It is essential to stay hydrated during a laughter yoga session: please bring a water bottle!
