These are the core of laughter yoga where playfulness comes into full focus. We use breathing, body movements to bring laughter- We "meet and greet" eachother with laughter- we "warm down" and conclude with a guided relaxation and laughter meditationIt is essential to stay hydrated during a laughter yoga session: please bring a water bottle!
