Do you want to feel more calm and present? Do you like being outdoors? Want to meet other people? If so, this group is for you.
Outdoor Mindfulness for Everyone is an inclusive group where people can get together in the outdoors and practice being more present. It is based around practical mindfulness techniques, with no particular belief system associated with it. So, whether you are religious or non-religious, spiritual or non-spiritual, you are welcome to come along and enjoy being mindful outside.
The location will vary with each event, but will tend to be around the Bristol and Gloucestershire area.
