About Sarah C

I am compassionate enthusiasm for Strength & Healing. I've taught 1200+ Yoga Sculpt classes in person, 600+ Yoga Sculpt classes on Zoom, nearly 1000 Indoor Cycling classes, hundreds of heated Vinyasa Yoga classes indoor, outdoor at the Emeryville Marina, and private lessons in homes (and backyards) all over Oakland & Berkeley. I've certified dozens of other Yoga Sculpt teachers because I love it so much.

I struggled for 9 years of doing yoga consistently 'wrong,' wrong mindset, wrong muscles, wrong purpose. That's why I'm so passionate about explaining it!
