SUMMER FRIDAY FULL MOON HIKE Night Hike + Bonfire
The city can wait. Summer Fridays were made for this.
Join us for a moonlit night hike and bonfire in the Hudson Valley, one of the best ways to kick off a summer weekend. We're tackling a 2.08-mile trail with 712 feet of elevation, steep climbs, light scrambling, and sweeping nighttime views that remind you why you needed to get outside in the first place. Whether you're coming straight from the office or starting your weekend early, this is the reset you didn't know you needed.
Bring a friend. Bring your whole group. Just don't miss it.
THE PLAN
6:30 PM - Meet at The Standard Biergarten
7:00 PM - Depart NYC
8:00 PM - Arrive at trailhead
9:45 PM - Bonfire + snack break
11:45 PM - Hike ends, return to NYC

CATSKILLS SWIMMING HOLE A Secret Spot in the Mountains
Some places don't need much of an introduction. A cold mountain swimming hole on a summer day is one of them.
We're heading deep into the Catskills for a full day of hiking, swimming, and doing absolutely nothing in the best possible way. After a short guided hike through lush forest trails, we'll arrive at one of the most beautiful and secluded swimming holes in the region, surrounded by nature, far from the noise, and exactly what a summer day should feel like. Swim out to the middle, dry off on the rocks, eat your sandwich in the sun. There's no agenda beyond that.
Come with your crew, come solo, come however you need to. You'll leave feeling like a different person.
THE PLAN
9:00 AM - Check-in at The Standard Biergarten, Chelsea
9:30 AM - Depart NYC
12:00 PM - Arrive at trailhead + hike in
12:25 PM - Swimming hole hangout, swim, relax, and soak it all in
4:30 PM - Begin return to NYC

HUDSON VALLEY KAYAKING + BREWERY TOUR Paddle. Sip. Repeat.
Open water, mountain views, and two of the Hudson Valley's best craft breweries. This is what a summer Saturday is supposed to feel like.
We'll spend four hours paddling a stunning stretch of the Hudson River with sweeping panoramic views and fresh air in every direction, guided the whole way by a professional on the water. Then we'll pull off for stops at Two Way Brewing Co. and Newburgh Brewing Co., two standout Hudson Valley breweries with great beer, solid food, and the kind of laid-back atmosphere that makes it hard to leave. A pint at each, then back to the city feeling like you made the most of your weekend.
This one is a summer staple for good reason. It sells out every year.

Trade city streets for open fields and fresh country air as we head out of town for a one-of-a-kind countryside escape. On this adventure, you won’t just be hiking! You’ll be trekking alongside llamas and alpacas, your new four-legged trail companions.
We’ll arrive at the farm, meet our fluffy hiking partners, and set off on a relaxed, scenic walk through rolling hills and peaceful landscapes. These gentle, curious animals make the experience equal parts calming and unforgettable (and yes: very Instagram-worthy).
After our trek, we’ll shift from trail time to taste time with a trail-side taste of Peru: a delicious nod to the animals’ South American roots. Expect a curated Peruvian-inspired food experience that brings bold flavors and countryside vibes together. Fresh air, good company, and incredible bites… this is the kind of pairing we like.
