The Outsiders is a New York-based social club. Our mission is to bring people together, foster a sense of community, and develop meaningful connections through shared outdoor experiences. We work hard to keep these adventures affordable and accessible to provide more people with the opportunity to join us and experience the outdoors.
The Outsiders are made up of social butterflies, urban explorers, music lovers, outdoor enthusiasts, thrill seekers, creatives, foodies -- in essence we are New Yorkers looking for our next adventure with like-minded people.

THE MOVE – Weekly Movement Club by OUTSIDERS
NYC has no shortage of run clubs. So we thought — let’s do something different. THE MOVE is our new weekly movement club designed to get the community together every Tuesday for something active, social, and just plain fun. Each week features a new partner, a new activity, and a new way to move — from workouts and training sessions to runs with a delicious twist.
Always free with registration. Always good vibes. Always community first.
Each week is hosted by OUTSIDERS founder Jeremy Asgari and the OUTSIDERS team, bringing the same energy you know and love from our adventures to this new weekly series.

Whitewater Rafting

DELAWARE RIVER WHITEWATER RAFTING Class II + III Rapids on the Delaware
Twelve miles. Four to five hours. Nothing but river, mountains, and whitewater ahead of you.
We're heading to the Delaware River for a full-day rafting adventure through state park-protected wilderness, navigating Class II and III rapids with some of the most scenic views the Northeast has to offer. This is not a lazy float. You'll be paddling, reading the river, and earning every calm stretch between the rapids. Professional guides will be with you every mile of the way, so whether you're a first-timer or a seasoned paddler, you're in good hands.
After the river, we'll close out the day the right way: around a bonfire with cold drinks in hand.
THE PLAN
6:30 AM - Meet at The Standard Biergarten
7:00 AM - Depart NYC
10:00 AM - Arrive + gear up
2:00 PM - Riverside lunch break
5:30 PM - Wrap up + head back to NYC
Timing is approximate and subject to traffic and river conditions.
WHAT'S INCLUDED- Roundtrip transportation from NYC
- All rafting equipment, raft, paddle, and life jacket
- A sealed 5-gallon bucket to store your lunch on the water (lunch not included)

River Tubing Adventure

Some adventures are about the climb. This one is about the float.
Join us for a 3-hour drift down a gorgeous stretch of the Delaware River, winding along the border of New Jersey and Pennsylvania. Calm currents, open skies, scenic views, and good company. We'll have ice-cold beverages flowing from the bus to the river, so all you have to do is show up and let the current do the rest.
This is the chillest adventure of the summer, and spots go fast.
IMPORTANT: Water shoes or aqua socks are required. No bare feet on the river.
THE PLAN
10:00 AM - Meet at The Standard Biergarten, Meatpacking
10:30 AM - Depart NYC
12:15 PM - Arrive at tubing destination + hit the water
5:15 PM - Depart back to NYC

SUMMER FRIDAY FULL MOON HIKE Night Hike + Bonfire
The city can wait. Summer Fridays were made for this.
Join us for a moonlit night hike and bonfire in the Hudson Valley, one of the best ways to kick off a summer weekend. We're tackling a 2.08-mile trail with 712 feet of elevation, steep climbs, light scrambling, and sweeping nighttime views that remind you why you needed to get outside in the first place. Whether you're coming straight from the office or starting your weekend early, this is the reset you didn't know you needed.
Bring a friend. Bring your whole group. Just don't miss it.

7:00 PM - Depart NYC
8:00 PM - Arrive at trailhead
9:45 PM - Bonfire + snack break
11:45 PM - Hike ends, return to NYC
