Happy Hour at Vogue is from 4 - 7 pm. They offer a discount on drinks but no small plate appetizers. The menu does have "accessories" - Fries $3, Sweet Potato Fries $4; Appetizers Onion Soup $8, something called Fritto Misto which is fried Calamari with carrots & ginger & a dipping sauce $8, Miso Glazed Beef Skewers $7 and more. It is located on the NW corner of Reems & Waddell Rds.
