AI Talks and Discussion: Getting started with online bot competitions

Our meeting is at the innovation centre - please try to arrive around 7:15pm to make door management easier!

Sergiu Lucec will present a basic, easy to follow general guideline to participate in bot competitions. This will cover the first steps and will gradually go beyond the intermediate level, reaching into the more advanced techniques.

Every challenge is different, therefore the talk won't focus on a specific contest. Instead it aims to get you prepared for any challenge.

After the meeting (around 9pm) we normally head to the Lighthouse pub to continue the discussion. That's just across and down the road (towards the railway station) from the Innovation Centre
