These taster sessions are ideal for anyone new to Mindfulness who is wanting to improve the quality of their life and introduce a little self-care into their weekly routine to promote a longer, more fulfilled life. Anyone suffering from Stress, Anxiety or Depression, especially recurring depression, health related issues, chronic pain and inflammation, weakened immune system, blood pressure problems, Type II diabetes, Chronic Fatigue, ME or Fibromyalgia would benefit from developing a mindfulness practice.
