Title: MixOmics: integrating multiple "omic" datasets in R

Summary: New technologies have allowed researchers to gain system wide measurements on everything from genes to metabolites. Analysing these datasets is not always straightforward, with many researchers creating lists of genes/proteins etc to explain biological consequences independently . Multivaritate techniques are needed to combine and compare multiple datasets. In this talk I will share my experience using methods in R to combine muti-omic experiments, such as the MixOmics package, with an emphasis exploratory data analysis, dimension reduction and visualisation techniques.
