If you are interested in learning walking meditation, this meetup is for you.
If you already do walking meditation and would like to practice with a group, this meetup is for you as well.

Walking meditation is widely practiced in the Zen, Chan and Theravada traditions of Buddhism, as well as Western secular mindfulness groups. You can read a brief introduction to walking meditation here.
You don’t have to be a Buddhist to join this meetup. You won’t be expected to do any chanting, bowing etc. To unsuspecting passers-by, walking meditation looks just like normal walking!
