This is a group for anyone interested in Agile/Scrum. The goal of Ozark Regional Agile User Group is to provide a platform where individuals, teams and businesses can come together to reap the benefits of Agile. They will achieve this goal by sharing their challenges and successes, listening to experts, using resources from various places, and networking.
The Ozark Regional Agile User Group meets once a month, on second Friday of each month from 12-1pm at the eFactory in Springfield MO. The monthly meeting is one of the key activities that will help the group to achieve its goal. More activities can be added as the needs emerge and participation/collaboration increases.
UPDATE: Due to potential for inclement weather and hazardous road conditions, we are moving this topic to Friday, February 8 from noon-1:00. We will still meet at the eFactory.
We will be talking about release planning: what it is, why it is important, and allowing you to think about your plans for 2019. You can take away some of the tips and tricks for doing release planning and apply them in your environment.
