ROCK CREEK CREW - trail maintenance work trip: Upper Valley Trail

Recent rains have flooded the Melvin Hazen bridge site we initially planned to work on, and there is no chance that it will dry out enough for us to work there on Saturday. So we will postpone the Melvin Hazen work trip for two weeks, until Saturday, June 29.
In place of the bridge work, our goal for this Saturday will be the upper Valley Trail around Juniper Street. There's a now major social trail nearby that includes boards, and we will be removing them and closing the trail. There are also some culverts nearby in need of work.
We will still meet outside of the Nature Center at 8:20am, and carpool to the work site.
