`impl period` hack day

Details

The Rust `impl period` is active! That means that folks are coming together to implement all the RFCs and plans and goals from Rust's 2017 road map. There are lots of opportunities right now to get involved in many different facets of Rust development, from hacking on the compiler, to the standard libraries, Rust Language Server, cargo, rustup, rustfmt, bindgen, and more!

Some more details about the `impl period` in its announcement: https://blog.rust-lang.org/2017/09/18/impl-future-for-rust.html

We're going to meet up for a hack afternoon and try and knock out some starter `impl period` issues together. Check out https://www.rustaceans.org/findwork to find a project or issue you're excited to try your hand at. Then, join us at Lucky Lab, where we can work in small groups, pairs, or alone on the issues we've all selected.

Lucky Lab has food and beverages and plenty of space.

As always, we'll be following the Rust Code of Conduct: https://www.rust-lang.org/en-US/conduct.html

Excited to see you there!
