What games do you normally play?

Multiplayer war games. Some of my favorites are Virgin Queen, Here I Stand, Starcraft, Twilight Imperium, Struggle of Empires, Dominant Species. I'm also a huge Twilight Struggle fan. All the above is still true but I've refocused my interest more to older elegant euros, Phil Eklund games, and games with heavy conflict.

What games are you dying to play that you do not currently own?

hmmm I am sort of addicted to games so I tend to buy the ones I'm dying to play.

How much time do you normally invest in a single session of a game?

Usually between 5-8 hours

Which PDX locations do you prefer when it comes to playing lengthy games?

My place, Guardian Games is pretty good but table space can be sparse and if the game goes long you have to call it when they close. I will occassionally play a longer game at the Lucky Lab meetup if there is enough interest.

I've been playing board games for several years now. I'm mostly into epic multiplayer war games. It can be hard to get the longer games set up, which is what brings me here. I try to play a longer game (5-8 hours) at least every other weekend.
