Walking is the most popular form of exercise in the United States. Walking is a safe, convenient, and affordable way to stay in shape. It is also one of the best ways to connect with others. The Department of Parks and Recreation encourages you to spend time with others, enjoy the outdoors and improve your well-being through our walking and running programs!
