There is only two important things about legacy: It is your business to sort it out, and it is in the core of the business generating income that pays your fees!

Lightning Talk: Using serverless PHP to create a Slack app

One afternoon at work I found myself unable to work while waiting for various DevOps processes to finish. To entertain myself, I set myself the task of adding a PHP evaluator app to our Slack environment. After a few hours, I had taught myself some basics about serverless PHP, OpenWhisk and Slack's app ecosystem and API, and got something rough-and-ready working in Slack. Hooray!
