Exceptions sind ein integraler Bestandteil von PHP. PHP hat sie vor langer Zeit eingeführt, aber das Behandeln von Exceptions hat sich in den letzten Versionen verändert. Der "classic" Teil des Talks beinhaltet eine solide Einführung in die Architektur, die Behandlung und die Nutzung von Exceptions. Der "fancy" Teil wird einige weitere Beispiele zu modernem Exception-Logging zeigen.

Exceptions are an integral part of PHP. PHP introduced them long ago, but handling has changed over the last versions. So the classic part contains a solid introduction to exception architecture, handling and how to use it. The fancy part will show some examples about modern exception logging.
