Speaker: Traci Terterian, Vice President Customer Experience (Digital), Nextiva

Bio: Traci is Nextiva’s Vice President of Customer Experience, where her role is to lead the creation of highly engaging and innovative customer experiences intended to Delight Nextiva customers. She serves as their customer-centric design and brand evangelist that works with teams across Nextiva to co-create innovative physical and digital experiences that drive Nextiva brand enthusiasm and amazing service.

Traci has over 20 years of experience in marketing, design thinking, design leadership, and user experience design within fortune 50 technology companies as well as small start-ups that transformed to become fortune 500 companies. She spent the past 10 years as a customer experience consultant at to some of the world’s biggest brands before coming to Nextiva and is a published author and speaker on experience design. She is a design mentor and passionate servant leader that understands how to curate great ideas from a team of designers and technologists.

Traci has worked for advertising agencies, international software development companies, technology giants, and start-ups and has provided experience design consulting to leaders in the entertainment, hospitality, transportation, communications, healthcare, automotive, manufacturing, public sector, finance, retail and consumer packaged goods industries.
