Using Evidence-Based Management & Scaled Professional Scrum to Jump-start a Stalled or New Agile Transformation with John Gillespie All too frequently companies decide to "become Agile" without understanding what this means and start the effort with an edict that X number or X percent of our projects will be "Agile" by year-end. What is the vision? How will we know when we have arrived at our "Agile" destination? How will we know how we are doing along the way? Can we copy another firm's transformation? We will explore these questions and more as we discuss how Evidence-Based Management and Scaled Professional Scrum can help guide you. Presenter: A Long Island native, John is a highly experienced freelance Agile Coach and Instructor with extensive experience of both Scaled and Team level methodologies.
