Do you hear Mama Earth's call? Do you feel her singing in your bones? In our time together, we will engage in a soulful, introspective journey, celebrating our personal connection to Mother Earth, Mama Gaia.

This is a time many of us feel called to that deeper knowing, wishing to listen for her voice, to heed her call to action. Is she calling you?

Using the transformative and intuitive step-by-step Intentional Creativity method, you will bring Gaia's profound, powerful, loving and expansive energies onto canvas. Tapping our personal imagery and symbolism, each of us will birth our own healing doorway, honoring Gaia and her inhabitants. The messages received will assist us in connecting with Earth Medicine, in focusing our actions and prayers.

It is crucial for us now, more than ever, to deepen our connection with Mother Earth, not only for the planet, but ourselves. We invite you on this inner Gaian Journey, to Connect, Create and Take Action. Join Nadya and Sepha for a day of grounding and celebration.

There will be Red Thread, chocolate, and sweet sisterhood.

• warning: wild laughter, perhaps tears, and potent stories may emerge. No painting experience is necessary, really!!

Bring a couple of objects from nature: stone, greenery, feather or other natural talismans to add to our Gaian altar, plus your journal, painting clothes, and camera (phone is fine!) to document your work. Bring favorite brushes and other supplies if you wish.

Your investment for this workshop is $95- and includes canvas, paint, supplies, instruction, use of space, & chocolate (for medicinal purposes, of course).
