Online - Resilient Healing - Red Thread Circle

Details

Sherry and I are excited to bring you this virtual circle for Red Thread connection and a simple drawing practice to discover resilience. Sherry will guide us through a tapping or Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT) sequence that's easy to do on your own, and we'll have time for sharing.

You'll need a Journal or 3 blank pieces of paper, colored pens, crayons, or markers and a firm surface under the paper while writing. Have a cup of tea, and perhaps a candle and flower. Bring a Red Thread or ribbon if you have one, as a symbol of our connection.

**In Red Thread Circles, we come together and interweave the common threads of our stories. Circles are held around the world, and are for women who wish to gather with others as we share stories and a simple creative project which holds the energy of our visions for ourselves and the future.
Metacognative drawing is a wonderful way to tap what we don't realize we know. Drawing, coloring or doodling for just 5 minutes begins to change the way we feel and think - magic!

Zoom is a video conferencing service you can access on your desktop or mobile device. If you haven't used it before, you'll need to sign up for a free account. You can do that here: https://zoom.us/

The immense amount of guidance Sherry received to process her own grief over the deaths of her husband and only child inspired her to serve others, and she became certified in both Intentional Creativity® and Clinical EFT in order to more fully share her gifts.

Nadya is certified in Intentional Creativity® and Reiki and had been involved with at, music and healing most of her life!

Both Sherry and Nadya find much joy in sharing these offerings and tools in their community. This event is free, and open to women and girls, invite your friends!
