How do you develop a great product leader? How do you create great product ownership in Zurich, Bern, Luzern, and beyond.

How would you use a map that showed you how successful product owners, managers, designers and other product masters developed the skills that kick their work into the next level?

We want that map too. So we're creating it by interviewing people around the world and recording what we hear. Come, join us in the co-creation.

To master Product Ownership, you have developed, and you will develop, fluent proficiency in many new skill sets. Will you help us uncover the path toward fluency in product ownership so that you can travel it—and help others travel it—to the level of fluency your product, your customer, and your team needs?

You will also explore your own skills. You will come away with a plan to master the skills you need to take your agile product development to the next level.

This is not a lecture! It is a workshop. We'll provide the space to network and talk to each other about your journey. Where did you begin? Where are you going? Where have people gone before? How does another's journey relate to yours? What shared meaning can we make from those experiences.

The facilitators will make it fun and easy.

While we will welcome the curious voices of Scrum Masters, and developers, this meetup is built around Product Ownership practitioners (that includes POs, but also others on the journey—your potential titles include Product Manager, Product Designer, Product Coach). We need your voice to make this meetup valuable. And we want voices with all levels of product experience (from apprentice... to journeywoman/man, to master, to adept) so we all observe different stages of the journey.

Facilitating the conversation are:

Diana Larsen who is a creator of models including the Retrospective Framework (with Esther Derby), the Liftoff Framework (with Ainsley Nies) and the Agile Fluency™ Model (with James Shore). Diana is also past chair of Agile Alliance Board of Directors and past board member of the Organisation Design Forum (ODF) and current chair of the 2018 ODF conference.

And, Steve Holyer has been working with Diana on using the Agile Fluency Model with teams since nearly the inception. Steve has a passion and affinity for helping Product Owners make a difference by doing Product Ownership like we mean it.
