I'm looking to create a therapy session to help all of us who get burnout as a caregiver. I've reached out but local therapists say there is nothing for us as PTSD caregivers. Let's create our own group! I'm in search of someone to facilitate but if not maybe we can all meet and I can help facilitate. Thoughts?? Dates? Places? Would love input.....thanks.
