In her personal daily practice, she sometimes combines meditation with NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming) and New Thought principles to facilitate a deeper connection with the constant unfolding of life and develop a deeper understanding of mind, emotions and real world manifestations.

Pacifica Meditation is an inclusive (all levels) mindful meditation for people seeking greater mental focus, personal growth, and connection with like-minded people. Over time, we can develop inner peace, nurture our personal relationships, and increase our positive influence in the world.

Meditation is about focusing on the present moment and connecting with what is most real about our existence. As the meditation session progresses, we experience a pleasant calming of the mind.
