What we're about

We hold shorter informal public celebrations. Our group has many members. We each share our traditions and we enjoy learning with each other. We have new pagans and many levels of experienced pagans. I was the facilitator for our mabon celebration this year. We setup our alter and a feast table. (We has a potluck feast to share with each other on this witches thanksgiving). We cast the circle by visualizing a sphere around the gazebo. I read a couple of short poems about Mabon and then led a short Mabon meditation. We visualized picking veggies in our garden to make a fall soup. Each of the vegetables represented a goal we completed. We also contemplated what was missing from the soup… what goals we did not complete and why. We thought about the upcoming months and what is was we wanted to accomplish. We sat and enjoyed our feast together. Then we created a craft – an intention tree with messages to ourselves we could open during the coming months. We have women, men and families that attend.

St. Helens Moon Circles will meet on the 2nd Mondays each month at 8pm, Specific location will be announced on each month's event page, usually in or near St Helens. At our we meet, sing, dance and enjoy coffee/tea and discussion. We will also work with Tarot and other divination tools. Sliding scale donation $3 to $5 (to help pay for the location rental).
