The group is for people who would like to learn a simple, very effective meditation practice and who would like to meditate together. The meditation is known as Sahaja Meditation. It is very easy to learn and practice, and yet extremely effective in reducing stress and bringing a sense of relaxation, peace and balance into one's life.
