Guided Meditation & Introduction to Art of Living

Leverage the power of the breath and meditation to transform your state of mind to achieve great happiness now. This is a free event but registration is recommended. There will be an opportunity to register for our next 3 day Happiness Program at the Art of Living Center in Palo Alto.... tinyurl.com/HappilyPaloAlto We offer this free event the 1st and 3rd Wednesday of each month. (We occasionally cancel on holidays so please check the calendar for updates...we will NOT meet Wed 4th of July, 2018.) The Palo Alto Art of Living Center is located in Studio D7 of the Cubberley Community Center. Our center strives to be part of a vibrant organization that provides all sections of our community tools to lead happy meaningful life. We are made up of supportive committed community members dedicated to increasing knowledge and experience of meditation and breathing across our community. We offer weekly free meditations & 75-minute introductory workshops for anyone who would like to join us. "The Art of Living is more of a principle, a philosophy of living life to its fullest.
