Health and Wellness extends far beyond the physical but also includes components such as: psycho/emotional, spiritual, social, financial and collective. In this group, you will be coached, encouraged and guided toward optimizing your own health and well-being so that you can move on to do the same in the lives of those around you.
We will be primarily meeting up for outdoor workouts around town. The aim isn't just getting your heart rate up but developing community and exploring the limitless possibilities of human movement! Be prepared to come to workshops, meet for coffee, have barbecues and be a part of a community that loves you and is ready to change themselves and the world!
