Hello there! Welcome to this group. The main goal here is a simple one: to become better, more capable humans through movement. You will develop crucial physical skills and gain strength, agility, and most importantly confidence in your ability to overcome obstacles; Be they physical or otherwise. Most sessions would take place outdoors. We would train with a wide variety of methods from calisthenics, bouldering, climbing, parkour, weightlifting, yoga, etc. Although no experience necessary, it would be preferable if one had no injuries or issues with these types of activities; They are inherently DANGEROUS if one does not use normal caution. There will be days were the conditions are not always perfect, but practice will continue regardless (unless there are severe weather conditions). Other than that, if you want to get stronger, move better, and learn some cool skills along the way, join up!
