Parkour Fitness at Discovery Well Park - Signal Hill
This is a New weekly meetup from 7:00 pm - 8:30 pm. The meetup is aimed at parkour fitness. The training helps to improve discipline, build muscle coordination, increase flexibility and maintain your good health. The parkour meetup is structured as follows: (1) Warm-up (2) Run (3) QM (Basic Wrestling Warm-up) (4) Calisthenics workout (5) Flexibility Training (with Balance Training) (6) Parkour Basic Skills (7) Cool-down (with Shaolin Yi Jin Jing / Meditation) Please try to arrive at least 5 minutes early as we will get started right on time. If you know you will be late, please call Keiko [masked]) before the start. We may start run and move to different place.
