Ilchi Qi-gong is composed of a series of 8 poses designed to balance the body and cultivate Qi (life energy). Each pose symbolizes a person becoming awakened to unlimited love towards all living beings. This remarkable program will help you develop strength and increase energy. Also, it will bring you relaxation and mental health by leading you to a deep meditative state. In Ilchi Qi Gong you will find the genuinely effective and easy to learn mental/physical exercise that you have been looking for. Class includes some meridian stretching, joint exercises, and strengthening before practicing the qi gong postures. We finish with breathing postures on the floor.
