Come join us for a FREE weekly yoga class for all levels and abilities. If you are intimidated by yoga, this is the class for you! Our traditional practice is designed to induce a meditative peaceful state through chanting, eye movements, breathing practices, and Yoga Nidra, in additional to the asana (postures) practice. Chair adaptations will be offered for those for whom mat-based postures are a challenge. Be encouraged. If you can breathe, you can do yoga!

The special sauce in this class is the Yoga Nidra at the end. Yoga Nidra is a powerful meditation technique in which you are guided into a state of deep relaxation while lying down on your back. It is deeply nourishing, integrative and restorative. In this state of receptivity, you can set intentions, practice affirmations or mantra, dissolve pain with visualization and breathing, or simply allow yourself to tune in and drop out. During the Yoga Nidra, I will offer energy healing to anyone who wishes to receive it.
