What we're about
This one-hour meditation class is open to both new people and more experienced meditators. Everyone is welcome. No prior experience required. Together, we'll be exploring the practical application of Buddha's teachings in our everyday modern lives, and learning scientific meditation methods which naturally increase our inner peace, happiness and contentment. Through the practice of meditation we'll learn how to gradually recognize, reduce and abandon our negativity, obstacles and obstructions and liberate ourselves to live the life we've always imagined.
