We teach individuals and businesses the art and science of mindful living through simple daily practices. Our mission is simple.
We're inviting people to pause.

Pausing is more than slowing down. It's making space for the things that matter. It's discovering our passions, respecting our minds and creating a life that is intentional, balanced, and well-lived. We're on a journey–exploring the power of mindfulness and meditation in our lives every day– and frankly, we're pumped to share it.

$14 Drop-In | Please register for this class on our website: https://www.pausemeditation.org/classes Sunday Evening (once per month) 5-6:30pm Join course graduates and fellow Pause community members for this intermediate/advanced practice session. The first 30-40 minutes will be silent or lightly guided practice followed by tea, discussion, and an open forum for questions. Our intention is to support you in deepening and sustaining your personal practice by providing ongoing opportunities to sit and connect with people who have taken a course or have an established practice. We hope you'll join us!

Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction – FREE ORIENTATION

Reduce Stress, Make Space for Well-Being Join us in the beautiful Pause studio for an informative and experiential free orientation to MBSR (Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction). You'll learn everything you need to know about our upcoming courses (offered in May), meet the instructor Ryan, and can ask any questions you have. The 8-week Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) course infuses the energy of mindfulness into your everyday life by systematically training the mind to break free from cycles of stress, anxiety, exhaustion, and unhappiness. MBSR has over 35 years of scientific research demonstrating its effectiveness in reducing chronic stress and pain, enhancing immune function, strengthening focus and concentration, and improving mood regulation.
