Peace Point Meditation offers guided meditation and mindfulness courses for people of all ages and backgrounds. The program focuses on teaching meditation, incorporating mindfulness into your daily life, and helping you reach a state of inner peace.

Whether you are looking to learn how to meditate, find a place to meditate regularly, or make some mindful friends, all are welcome to join Peace Point Meditation.

As of now we are holding guided meditation sessions on Sundays from 9:00am - 11:00 am, and on Wednesdays from 6:30pm - 8:30pm.

February Magha Puja Full Moon Meditation

Join Peace Point Meditation on February 19, 2019 for a special meditation event. This upcoming full moon in February marks one of the three most important holidays in Buddhism, Magha Puja Day. On this day, 1,250 disciples came to see the Buddha without being summoned. All of these disciples were fully enlightened themselves and were ordained by the Buddha himself, therefore being his direct spiritual descendants. During this meeting, the Buddha delivered what is considered the summary of the main principles of Buddhism: do good, avoid doing bad, and purify the mind. Become one with nature and meditate under the full moon light at our special February Magha Puja Full Moon Meditation event! The event will feature a meditation that will be taking place indoors, with a special outdoor candle lighting activity in celebration of Magha Puja Day. Come join us to meditate on this day of spiritual auspiciousness and find peace within. Our meetup will start with a brief stretching and yoga session, followed by a meditation session led by an experienced monk. Afterwards, you can ask questions about your meditation practice or how you can use what you've learnt to rejuvenate your everyday life. All are welcome regardless of religion and experience in meditation.
