At first we are interested in seeing if there is a community to support a new Sangha in Chattanooga.
Studying together in the tradition of Thich Nhat Hanh and Plum Village we will meet to meditate and share our concerns and gain support for the very difficult task of staying in the present.
Anyone interested in pursuing a deeper understanding of themselves by paying attention is welcome.
Normally we will begin with 20 minutes of meditation followed by the study of some mindfulness literature and then have structured sharing. We will probably close with a few minutes of meditation as well.
