If your looking for a positive, healthy, fun and active community. Peaceful Training Run Club is the right group for you! Sunday's are our fun runs and we enjoy post run Brews. Saturday's are our trail runs, where we get out of the city and enjoy the beautiful WA trail systems. Thursday's are our speed runs, where we push our limits and test our boundaries. Monday's are our meditations, where we practice mindfulness and learn to relax.

Interval Thursday's are designed to give you an opportunity to take your running to the next level! Our professionally designed workout,s that cater to the begginer all the way to the expert runner, with pace groups to match each level of fitness capacity, you are guaranteed to succeed!

Sunday Run-Day-Fun-Day

Needs a location

Our Sunday Runs consist of 2-4 distances with pre planned routes and multiple pace groups to run with. We have beginning runners to advanced runners in our group. Any and all abilities are supported and welcomed! Post run pints are half priced compliments of our community partner Ravenna Brewing Co. so make sure to bring your ID and wallet. We have many non alcohol drinker in our club and they love to enjoy sparkling water, soda and pretzels for all!

Meditation Monday's

The Seattle Gym

We meditate every Monday in order to set our week off on peaceful footing. We use this 45 minute period to balance our being. Soft music plays, while we read books of a higher consciousness. We then set the books aside and are guided through a gentle presence of mind meditation. At our meditations close, we often share our experience with one another and when it is time to depart, we are in place of equanimity, peace and poise. So, if meditation is something you've always wanted to try, or you love to meditate and our day and time works for you, please, join us. Peace
