This is a Meetup for the clients and community around the Peak Brain Institute in St. Louis.

We are a brain fitness and brain performance center, supporting active engagement with neurofeedback, QEEG brain mapping, biofeedback, and mindfulness meditation training.

We provide these paid services, but this Meetup is to support listings of free ongoing groups, talks, & classes.

Our goal is to support body-mind training focused individuals, with information and connections both at Peak Brain and in the in the larger community!

Please join us for an open, beginner friendly sitting group hosted by Sean Smith. Wednesday evenings will include both discussion and led practice as well as time for stillness and active practice. This is an open mindfulness group for people who wish to develop or deepen mindfulness and meditation skills and participate in Peak Brain's new meditation community. Masks are required and social distancing will be observed.
