Euchre - Have fun and meet new people! Are you a transplant from the midwest looking for a euchre game? Or just a card player looking to learn a new game and socialize? Euchre is a trick-taking card game most commonly played with four people in two partnerships. Kind of like bridge, kind of like hearts or spades... The rules are kind of funky, but it's easy to learn, fun to play, and very social.
Typically this is how it works with the different numbers of people who show up:
3 people - Game on with three handed euchre
4 people - Game on!
5 people - Game on plus one person rotates out each game and can get food/dinner.
6 people - Game on plus the losing team rotates out and can play cribbage or backgammon (or any other two person game), or get food. We will always rotate both people in for the next game.
7 people - Game on plus a game of three handed euchre, or a combination of 2+1, or everyone eats :)
8 people - Game on! x 2
