We'll meet at the Lion's Bridge since some of our members elect not to do the w/u and c/d runs due to injuries. First, runners will do a mile warm up, then we'll start the workout. I will have "circuits" planned of approximately 5 exercises that focus on running specific core muscles and leg muscles. The number of "circuits" you do is based on your fitness level. Recover by jogging a mile, or for more advanced runners, add some distance. I will post the planned workout in the comments section a couple of days before the workout! Please be sure to RSVP so we know to expect you!
