Moderator-Daniel Pennington, Public Speaking Coach. Daniel has worked in television for 35 years, including WSMV, the largest television station in Tennessee. During that time it is estimated that he helped more than 10,000 people develop and tell their story for the TV audience. From there he joined Studer Group as a communications specialist. Sena Maddison-Director of Communications for FloridaWest Having first started as a radio announcer at the age of 15, Sena has had many different roles in broadcasting and journalism as an on-air personality, advertising copywriter, radio and TV producer, and journalist. Additionally, she has served as the Public Information Officer for the Escambia County Sheriff’s Office and is currently the Communications Director for FloridaWest EDA.
