Our panelists are some of the best & brightest from the Nonprofit community and they will be sharing their experience and insights on ways to promote nonprofit organizations by way of digital strategy, online awareness, and marketing automation tools.

Panelist include:
Josh Newby serves as the Marketing Communications Director for the Council on Aging of West Florida. He received a bachelor's degree in public relations and a master's degree in strategic communication from the University of West Florida, where he worked as a communications specialist for two years following graduation. He was the editor at Ballinger Publishing for four years, developing client publications; writing on happenings in business, art, government, and lifestyle; expanding brand recognition; and serving as the lead on web and social media strategy.
Scott Thompson is a Senior Cloud Consultant at Cloud for Good works with nonprofit organizations, higher education institutions, and K-12 schools to create transformational value with Salesforce. Scott has over 18 years of combined experience in the nonprofit space and has over eight years working with the Salesforce platform. Scott has four Salesforce certifications and more than 3,000 hours of implementation experience.
Moderator-Michelle B. Griffin is the Executive Director of an educational nonprofit and a marketing communication strategist and consultant. She earned a master’s degree in Communication/Public Relations and a bachelor’s degree in Communication/Advertising from Florida State University and has numerous industry certifications in digital marketing, inbound/content marketing, copywriting and social media. Michelle is the Marketing Chair of ITEN WIRED Summit and the organizer and lead presenter for the Gulf Coast Small Business Digital Marketing Meetup, which hosts bi-monthly marketing and networking events for area small business owners and solopreneurs.
Frank Giammaria is the PR Specialist at Gulf Winds Credit Union where he is the steward of Gulf Winds charitable funding for numerous nonprofit community programs. Additionally, he is the former Executive director of Ballet Pensacola a nonprofit 501(C)3 organization and served with the United Way of Escambia County for several years. Frank received a Masters degree in Public Affairs from Indiana University.
Bryan McCall is a Partner at Duncan McCall Advertising, Marketing, and Public Relations (duncanmccall.com) — an award-winning team providing marketing and branding consultation, creative services, online marketing, web development, social media marketing, media planning, and public relations services. Bryan has over 25 years of design and marketing experience and has won numerous awards for design and art direction.
Opening remarks on the nonprofit community by PR and Marketing pro, Mary McClellan. Mary has provided PR for nonprofits and corporate organizations both at the volunteer and professional levels. She has passionately served in capacities of volunteering for PR/Communications for the Baptist Women’s Board, St. Paul Catholic Church Capital Campaign and Keeping Abreast Foundation. Professionally, Mary has handled outreach for Downtown Pensacola, ECUA, East Hill Music Festival and SkillsUSA. Mary also participated in PR for WSRE through on-air, online and community projects/events. Additionally, she was the Co-owner of Southern Solutions and MDM creative designs from 2003 until 2016.
