Vigyan Bhairav Tantra (a spiritual technique beyond consciousness by Lord Shiva) is a very old book/text on meditation. It contains 112 Meditation techniques. These techniques are written in the form of dialogues between lord Shiva and his wife Parvati (Devi). These meditation techniques are used for centring in the self and realizing our true self. These meditation techniques are always new beyond time.
In the text, Devi asks questions about the Universe, about the fundamental nature of this world and how one can go beyond space and time to understand this truth.
Lord Shiva’s answers to Devi’s questions are in the form of these 112 techniques. Lord Shiva tells Devi a method…then another method... then another …he goes on.
“All the meditation techniques of the world are listed in this book. If it is not listed in the book, then it does not exist in world. It is impossible for anybody not to find a technique (out of all the 112 techniques) suitable to his/her own level of spiritual development and inner temperament.” (Rajneesh)
It is a once a life time opportunity to learn these wonderful techniques.
