What we're about
This is a laid back and fun running group put on by the folks at Perfect Stride Physical Therapy that will explore and educate runners about various aspects of running including but not limited to: cross training, strength and conditioning for runners, hill workouts, tempo runs, long runs, interval training, VO2 MAX training and a whole host of other topics. You should join if you are an easy going individual that either enjoys to run, is a beginner to running, are training for a race or wants to learn to how to run.
