In addition, we provide a number of events, talks, workshops and seminars for people from all religious and cultural backgrounds to explore their own spirituality and learn life skills of reflection and meditation, derived from Raja Yoga.

Pearl Jordan is a wellbeing expert, performance and dance specialist, who is known for bringing joy, energy and enthusiasm to individuals and teams. She has been studying Raja Yoga for 17 years and enjoys introducing meditation to young performers during stressful times. Pearl is founder of The Rhythmic Remedy Technique, a multi-disciplined and holistic approach to personal and professional development.
Margaret Barron has been studying Raja Yoga meditation with the Brahma Kumaris for 25 years which has supported change in all areas of her life. She has particular interest in how transformative thinking and personal practice work together to make spirituality practical for everyday living. She has a degree in Adult Education & Training and works as a Personal Development Trainer.
