Personal development for weight loss (PDWL) is a group for men and women looking to lose weight permanently by changing their relationship with food, exercise and themselves.

This group is for you if:
* You want to feel confident in your skin, and in control of your choices
* You want to learn to crave healthy foods, exercise and self-care activities
* You are tired of the diets, the quick fixes, the magic pills… you want something PERMANENT
* You are ready to learn the real inner skills that are required for changing your habits from within

Our activities will include:
* Walking groups
* Online webinars
* In-person workshops
* Health and fitness classes

Activities offered in ENGLISH.

Location of activities: Verdun area and Downtown Montreal near McGill.

Note: We'll have some activities for WOMEN only, but the group is open for BOTH men and women :).

Sonia Ortiz is a mindset coach specialized in weight loss and confidence. She is also a fitness instructor and outdoors lover.
