Authentic Communication Lab Hosted by Dan Ross

Explore Tools for Better Relational Communications at the Authentic Communication Lab

Through a series of guided “Games” you can learn and practice new tools for better personal and business communication. You might also make some connections and have some fun.

These tools can help you to better:

· Learn how to state your truth

· Be able to share what is going on for you in a way where it is less likely to trigger a negative response

· Be able to hear difficult communications without getting “triggered”

· Have more fun and playfulness around your relationships

· Find connection and compassion for people you interact with

· Communicate in business situations

· Take home tools you can use right after you leave

This workshop is for men and women - singles and couples. It will be quite experiential, consisting mostly of paired and group exercises. Along with instruction and discovery, consider it a lab to try out what you have learned in a safe and low-risk environment.

Contact:  For more information and to RSVP call Dan at (650)[masked]

or email [masked]

Cost:  Free. Space is limited to ensure individual attention.

Bring:  Yourself and a water bottle if you need one

We will have some time to socialize after the event. We will start and end on time, and social hour will end by 10 PM.

This workshop gave me something to think about, and techniques to use. It is challenging to find 2 hours of time, and it would be great to see a shorter session, with info packed in. I find Dan to be a great leader/facilitator.

Really good! A bit awkward at first, but really rewarding and helpful to hear how others see you.
