The Product Backlog is the key ingredient for scoping, focusing and ensuring the team constantly delivers the highest business value. We'll show-and-tell what makes a good backlog and discuss the range of "grooming" practices (e.g. road-mapping, estimating, splitting, merging, re-prioritising, ordering, grouping, expanding, linking, risk register, etc).
This is the recipe the Product Owner (and others) are expected to follow to maintain a healthy Product Backlog and to evolve it over time.
We'll also touch base on lessons learnt from over (or under) cooking a backlog (don't you love analogies ;-).
