Team Transformation at Navitas - from Scrumerfall to Scrum in 3 Sprints

Lee will show the changes made within the team and discuss how several key factors have transformed the team dynamics and work practices at Navitas to enable them to be on track to achieve their goals. This also includes how we scaled Agile to work across multiple teams.

We will also open up the discussion with the group on key success factors to adopting/transforming to Agile to share and compare experiences.
